Laboratory with low waiting times

The Laboratory has implemented a procedure to monitor waiting times for acceptance and collection.

For this purpose, during the first week of each month, a waiting list of patients is recorded who come to our facility to have their blood sample taken at 7:30, 8:00, 8:00, 9:00, and 9:30.

The Laboratory's objective is to define a maximum waiting time of 20 minutes for acceptance and collection.
