Laboratory that complies with Article 15 on transparency

All healthcare, social, or socio-healthcare facilities, whether natural or legal persons, operating within the Veneto Region, regardless of their legal form or name, whether they receive public funding or have agreements with the public administration under which they provide services, are required to disclose their revenues.


No professional liability claims have been paid in the last five years.

Legal entities shall fulfill the obligation referred to in paragraph 1 by publishing their annual financial statements on their websites within five years of the disbursement of the financing.

Individuals shall fulfill the obligation set forth in paragraph 1 by posting a statement showing the amount received at their place of business, in spaces accessible to users, within five years of the disbursement of the loan.

In any case, the publication must be complete, easily accessible by users, and adequately highlight what has been received from the public administration.

Entities that fail to comply, or comply only partially and/or inconsistently, with the obligations set forth in paragraphs 1, 2, 3, and 4 are subject to a warning and an administrative fine ranging from a minimum of 10 percent to a maximum of 20 percent of the amount received in public funding in the previous year. In the event of repeated violations, they may no longer receive public funding or agreements with the public administration.

The enforcement of sanctions is the responsibility of the local health authority (ULSS) in whose territory the violations are detected. The local health authority (ULSS) collects the related proceeds.
